The people are nice, but I keep finding out i don't have coverage for real problems. Every onehas been very accommodating but as i looked over my policy for car insurance, if I have an accident I don't think i have coverage that would protect me. No one has talked to me about what is in my policy, I don't like that.
As of right now, Amazing services and pricing. Hope AllState will continue giving after renewals as well !

I decided to come to this Allstate after calling around for quotes in my area. After calling five insurance places and getting quotes from each one, Allstate was able to beat all five of them. They not only were able to satisfy me with my monthly auto and home insurance, but Valerie was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain any questions I had. I have never received so much professionalism and punctuality from an agency as I do with Jeremy. With him, our premium was drastically reduced, I was amazed what a difference he made. It couldn’t of gone any better! My coverage for my accident was handled promptly and professionally. My claim happened around thanksgiving so because of the holiday it took an extra week to be finished but that was to be expected given the timeline.
