After lightning strike process was very smooth. Team at 800 number was very professional and efficient.

A little disappointed in my experience. While I did not deal with Mr. Anderson directly, his employees are a reflection of his agency. I requested a quote for renters insurance and had questions as to why it was so much more expensive (almost double) than other companies. Having been a homeowner and in the financial industry for many years, I am not a stranger to property insurance. I felt like my questions were ignored, and frankly the gentleman who was assisting me seemed to be very condescending. When my questions were clearly too difficult for him to answer, he just stopped responding. Needless to say, I am pursuing other companies. I prefer to do business locally, but not when I can't get the service for which I would be paying. He never picked up the phone to get clarification or assist further. My phone number is at the bottom of every email.

It was great working with this agency again. Had no issues canceling my bike insurance (sold it, it was no longer necessary to insure it) and then went back for another auto quote and was able to save my family over $400 a year! Thank you Cathie for all your help! You have a customer for life!

As I have not needed to file a claim, I really don't have any experience to evaluate. GEICO used to advertise that they had a 97% satisfied policyholder population; I'm guessing that that means they had 3% of their policyholders file claims!
