Allstate roadside service called towing service and when they gave an ETA of two and one half to three hours the representative said that I would have to deal with it. This was after he told me the service would be there within an hour. I found out when I received an ETA and called the tow company. At this point I reached out to three companies to find a better ETA. I found a tow service that arrived with 30 minutes that quoted cheaper service. I sincerely hope this case is recorded and that representative gets reprimanded. I will be looking for a new insurance company if I don’t get resolution on this occurrence.
What I really like about this Agency is that staff is always there to answer questions. You never get an answering machine. I'm always asked to look over all policies to ensure that my coverage is adequate because over time some things change. This Agency makes it a habit of listing all items covered on my policy and also the things that are not covered and because of that clarity there are no oversights. np
We have been with Allstate a long time and have had a great experience with Allstate overall and would highly recommend our agent Josh. Josh has been a great help to us with all questions related to insurance. Over the years we have had several claims and the office personnel has be great to work with when dealing with those claims. It has been very nice to actually have an office you can go to and meet your agent face to face when the need arises. Can't say that about some of the other insurance companies out there.
For being a first time home buyer, I did not know much about home owners insurance. Living in the state of Georgia, I thought that you would have my best interest in mind. I have a $5000 deductible which screws me for the insurance claim. I have a tiny one story house and it only costs $6300 to replace my whole entire roof. What is the point of me paying for insurance if they don't even help with my claims?

I was told I needed to schedule an appointment to go over my policy. I haven't done that in years. They said I could do it on the phone and it would take 30 minutes so I told them to call me at lunch yesterday. Received a call at 3pm saying they were calligraphy for my 3pm appointment...didnt make a 3pm appointment because I work during that time.
I've been using Josh's agency for years. Earlier this year, my vehicle was damaged in a hit and run and required me to file an uninsured motorist claim. Had a few issues with Allstate corporate but Josh's staff stayed on top of the claim, hounded corporate when needed, and kept me well informed. Great to know that your agent will be working hard to make sure that you are satisfied.
Although we weren't able to file a claim after all, due to the damage to Natalie's car was NOT caused by the flooding in Charleston, Allstate was very quick to ******* it and were very accommodating and efficient in getting all the claim paperwork in queue and ready to file after the mechanic looked at it.
