Wonderful customer service! I have been with Allstate for the past 8 years. Anytime I have ever had either a problem or question Tony or Jules have answered the phone and helped me. In this day and age, it's comforting to know that there are people who still care about customer service and deliver every single time.
Not satisfied with the follow ups from the two accidents which occurred in August and September. I was told by both adjusters and the manager that I was not at fault . However, these cases have been open since August and September 2018 and my insurance has gone up! Do not feel the adjusters are doing anything to help get the situation rectified. I am being considered an “ at risk driver” for innocently being hit by another vehicle.
I find Julius and the whole Ianniello Allstate group wonderful to deal with. Julius is easily accessible day or night. He has helped me after hours a few different times regarding new car purchases, policy changes, etc. and has always been very receptive and helpful. I truly feel this agency has my families best interest at heart and understands the value of personal customer service.
Can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Allstate in general, and your agency in particular. My parked/unoccupied truck was hit by an Albany Fire Department truck in my work location parking lot, and your office advised me to file a claim against the City of Albany. When I had the truck inspected at the Allstate Insurance Center, I was advised that Allstate had lawyers that dealt with just such situations, and they were surprised that I was advised by my Agent to pursue this on my own. This claim was never pursued by Allstate, and I wound up paying the $250.00 deductible and having my deductible rate reset to $500.00. Thankfully, no further claims were forthcoming. In short, I'm out $250.00 and my rates have done but increase every 6 months since. Please review my account for overpayments/reimbursements/future account credits as deemed warranted. Thanks for your help(?)
