I'm very satisfied with all my insurance I have with y'all the only thing i can't understand is why Allstate refused to pay a little over 500.00 for repairs on my gulf car .If i would have let them total it it would have cost them more money and me to get a new one which i couldn't afford on social security

The prices are great but the workers need a little more help. I now have a block on me and my fiancée license and vehicle because they typed in my Vin number wrong. So now because they messed up the Dmv is telling me I have to pay 656.00 for each of us to fix our license.

I been with Allstate for over 20 years left twice they lowered my auto insurance and my homeowners went up and after 6 months my auto went up so I have found another insurance company that will save me 13.00 a month never got cash back good driving all those commercials are false advertisement gonna keep my homeowners with Allstate til I can find a cheaper all thou customer service at Kent Bouvier is great
