I absolutely love this insurance agency. Everyone there is very helpful and caring. I highly recommend this insurance agency to anyone!

Cheryl and Leona were very helpful in helping me to procure insurance and were patient in dealing with the busyness of my life, in the number of calls they took from me as we changed our lives from Alaska to New York.

I just called for a quote and never got one because both ladies were unable to help me. Oh well.. it’s time for employees to make an effort to actually work. Go figure.

The call and email a million times a day trying to push things on you or ask for feedback. Renters insurance is cheaper than most though.

The Cosby Allstate agency has met all of my insurance needs. I switched to Allstate when my previous insurer canceled me after 25 years for no reason. Kevin and his staff met my insurance needs at a lower price making me wish that I had made the switch to Allstate years before. Tell you what. I have been with Allstate on and off for 18 years. Problem is every time I turn around my insurance is going up. I have never had an accident and haven't had a ticket since I was 19 yrs old. I am 34 now...so where is the loyalty? I guess only in the monthly payment that I make to your company. Thanks

Absolutely the most expensive Allstate insurer around. After years of questioning the rising cost of insurance with Kevin, I switched to another Allstate insurer and my costs went down and Kevin was quick to say he could meet that price. I've been a customer with Allstate for 45 years . A year before i retired i was working on reducing my bills. One of them was my Allstate insurance. I called Kevin and got an appointment. I've been ignoring appointments for years. I found out my policy needed to be upgraded . When the smoke cleared. Kevin saved me $56 month on my insurance. I had discounts i wasn't aware of.
