Finding the best dentist for children has never been easy, and clinics like these just make it worse. This was about last month when my kid got a real hard pain in his tooth, and so I decided to take him to here. But what I found was that there was no doctor available in the clinic, which made me run over to find some other place! I mean, how can a doctor be so much careless? They are supposed to be available there, right? At least, during working hours!
One of my friends recommended this dentist for any teeth problem for my kid, but only if I would have opted for someone other’s opinion. My kid got really bad pain in his tooth last week and so I decided to take him to this dentist and to my surprise doctor was not available. I obviously did confirm before going there, but what I found was completely horrible.
So, this is about last week! I took my 9-year-old kid to this dentist as he was suffering from severe pain in his right bottom tooth. The dentist told me to take my kid to another dentist as he was not able to suspect the problem. Anyway, I went to the other dentist referred by him. The dentist told me that there was nothing serious to worry about as it was just a casual pain. I wonder how this person can call himself a dentist when he cannot suspect such minor problems.
Worst experience ever! I went to Dr. Kwon’s Pediatric Dentistry for a root canal. They made me pay out of pocket. After the procedure, I had threatened with several hundred dollars higher than quoted. Apparently, Dr. Known performed an additional filling on another tooth without my consent while I was under nitrous oxide. Ridiculous! I will never go back.
Last month, I took my three years old daughter Janie to Dr. Kwon’s Pediatric Dentistry as she had a severe toothache. My daughter was crying badly because the pain was terrible. When I took my daughter to his clinic, he first made us to wait for an hour, which is not at all acceptable. And, the moment he started with the treatment it was shocking for me to see how rude he was to my daughter.
A week ago, I took my four years old son to Dr. Kwon’s Pediatric Clinic for the regular dental checkup. The moment I step inside the clinic, I found it very unhygienic. The furniture and receptionist deck was all muddled with dust like it seems that it hasn’t been clean for so long. In fact, the medical tools and equipment were also not cleaned. So disappointing, after seeing this I haven’t thought for a second and came out of the clinic.
Worst Clinic for Kids! A few days back, I took my five years son to Dr. Kwon’s Pediatric Dentistry as he had a severe toothache. He was crying in pain and doctor scolded him badly to get keep quiet. My son got so terrified and traumatized the way doctor, and his staff treated him. I don’t at all recommend anyone to visit this clinic. Worst Experience!
No Cleanliness A few days back, I took my five years old daughter to the Kwon Pediatric Dentistry. The moment I reached the clinic, I noticed bits of clutter outside the door that I ignored for a while. But, when I stepped inside the clinic, the reception table was also not clean. Even the tools and the place where they do the treatment were not seemed to be hygiene. Very Disappointing! Not at all recommended!
No Appointment.A few days back my daughter had a severe toothache. I thought to take her to Dr. Kwon’s Pediatric Dentistry and called the clinic numerous times for an appointment. Every time I used to make calls to them but no one responded to my call properly. All they say that will send the schedule of appointment via email. It’s been three days neither I have received any mail nor got a response of any of my call.
Worst Experience!I had a very bad experience at Dr. Kwon pediatric dentistry. A few days back I took my three years old daughter to Dr. Kwon as she had a severe toothache. The staff of the clinic is not at all co-operative. And, the doctor performed the stage 1 of a root canal without discussing anything with me. Who attempts root canal for a toothache? I am totally disappointed with their behavior and services.
After 1 hour past the appointment we were still not seen by the doctor yet. When I asked why, the manager just said it's like any hospitals you should expect delays by hours for surgery. And the best part yet is she said you can leave if you want to. I don't care what excuses you have, poor management is poor management. Just admit it and be apologetic. If you enjoy the wait and have no other things going on in your life just feel free to kill time here
A week ago I took my daughter to Dr. Kwon’s Pediatric Dentistry for the checkup as she had a severe toothache. My daughter was crying in pain. The moment we entered to doctor’s cabin he started shouted at my daughter and said to keep quiet. I was surprised to see such rude behavior. He doesn’t have manners to talk with kids at all.
Despite having an appointment and being there on time, the receptionist of Dr. Kwon’s Pediatric Dentistry didn’t allow us to meet the doctor. She made us waited for an hour by saying that doctor is busy in a meeting. He will start with the treatment when he will get free from the meeting.
Worst dentistry for kids! No doctor treats kid like the staff and dentist of the kwon pediatric dentistry does! They don’t know how to deal with kids; neither have they known how to calm them down while the treatment is going on. My kids are badly terrified by the behavior of the nurse and the way she gave them the treatment without any sedation! Not recommended! Beware of such dentist!
