Larry Gaylord: Allstate Insurance

I have been a client of another insurance for many years and I feel that switching to Larry Gaylord of Allstate was one of my best decisions. Cheaper and more complete coverage.

I've used Larry as my agent for over 25 years. He and his staff have been so friendly and knowledgeable over the years. "Good Hands" to be in.

I paid on my term policy for 32 years - last month I changed payment method so my payment didn't reach them and they cancelled my policy with an option to re instate by sending them a payment of $9000. Called agent - he was on vacation with my money and told me to "call the office to see if they could do something" I remember him actually begging me to buy the policy 30 years ago. This is how they operate. Stealing people's money. It wasn't this agent - but it was Allstate that did it and the local agent simply blew me off - must be the way they teach them to act after they have made thousands of dollars in residuals over the years.

Larry Gaylord has been my agent since he opened his office. Other companies want my business, and quote premiums lower than mine, without telling me the coverage isn't the same. I have my home owners and auto with Larry, and will never change! Whenever I've had claims, Allstate has worked with me, and paid the claim immediately. I trust Larry to always do the right thing for me, and he gives excellent advice when I need it. His staff is helpful and friendly, and I can count on them all! Honesty is hard to find in this industry, and I've found it!!!

I recently was in a car accident (that wasn't my fault), and your assistant helped file a claim with the other vehicle's insurance company. She provided me with the claim# and the agent she spoke to. I thought that was a helpful gesture since the name of the insurance company was confusing.

Searching for an insurance company can be stressful. Let alone finding an agent whom is flexible with their time, information and concern. Dependability is what I need in my corner and that is what’s given when I interact with my agent and his team. If timing is off, I can luckily acess my mobile app for further questions.

We are upset because we were put on the wait list for the Jurassic Park Movie tickets. If there are not enough tickets for all, then you should not offer it as a perk. In the past, we received the notice via mail and were able to respond promptly. This year, the notice sat unnoticed in my email and we were not able to RSVP on time.

The agents are wonderful but sometimes the prices are not as competitive as other companies. It can feel difficult to get the best deal possible. If I were recommending based only on the experiences speaking to agents I would say absolutely wonderful but when other aspects factor in the recommendation changes to more of an average than an outstanding review.
