I appreciate the communication via email regarding changes to my policy, upcoming payments, and offers to review my policy coverages. I especially like all the offers I have received - from sports magazine subscriptions to new car deals - as a client of this agency. I don't feel, however, that any of it is very personal, and I have had a difficult time get in touch with a "live" person more than once, including the day I switched to this agency. Seems like there would be a better attempt to have "live" (competent) support available by phone and timely (accurate) responses by email. Thank you.
Extremely satisfied. I was positive that all-star could not beat progressives motorcycle or boat unsure prices, because of the media. So when the agent asked me to take a look, I told her she was wasting her time. I could not believe it and had to have her repeat the quote 4 times and asked her are you sure that price is for 12 months and not 6. All state beat progressives price by more than 50%. Then the agents said let's take a look at your auto, and the saved me more money. I have been with all state for almost 30 years, and I will never leave. The media is not true, anyone and everyone should at least give all state a call before they buy. Lifelong satisfied customer
Hi Laurie, I have had no problems with the many years that I have done business with you. I just get so frustrated every year when I get the bill for the new year, it always goes up. Can we ever get a break for being a good customer and not having any accidents and never submitting claims? Can we just not have an increase very year!! Like Allstate wish they would let me change agents. I call her I get a whole lot of no cant do that, that's not how it works. Hang up call the 1-800# I get sure no problem your all set with out being yelled at or talked to very loud I guess. The people she employees are nice and kind but the agent....not so much.
Laurie has been my Allstate agent for 25 years and right from the start I felt like she was my friend as well as my agent. She treats me like my business is important to her and that she has time to focus on me as an individual. I live almost an hour away now but I would never go with another office. I highly recommend the Laurie Pallini agency.
The price for the same coverage goes up every year, the benefits don't match the TV commercials, and the Allstate company (corporate) balked at the thought of sending the bill notification to multiple email addresses, which they informed me of, but not Laurie's office. The service at Laurie's office has been good, but I interact with them once or twice a year, so my experience is limited. Having said that, they handled our state-to-state move well three years ago.
