I paid approximately $8k for backyard install. It included shading for my pool area. Included in the promise also is monthly trimming for the first year. Leon has yet to return to do maintenance on the yard as promised. The shading he created for the pool fell apart. He came to pick it up nearly a month after being contacted as this fell under the one year warranty of his work. That was in August. It is now October and still no return of shading nor will he return our calls. Concrete work needed
