Maddi Maids

I used this service to deep clean the apartment I just moved into. I informed them via email that I just moved and the previous tenant had two cats which I am highly allergic to. The maid came late and did not bring a vacuum or a broom or a mop. I do not think they were able to remove all the hair that was in the place. The maid was very nice but brought minimal cleaning equipment and did not even clean the whole apartment. The Maid failed to clean behind the radiators nor did they dust the storage areas or clean the kitchen completely. The only plus for this service was that they reduced the price a slight bit because they were ill prepared but they also helped assemble two things in my apartment for me. I would recommend not using them but if you do I would surely follow up and make sure that the cleaner actually brings all the proper supplies to provide the service they are charging you for.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. Sierra was right on time. She was polite, friendly and did a great job. I was worried about someone who would drag her feet, but not only was she efficient, she asked me questions about what I wanted done and how to do it.

I used Maddi Maid for the first.. Actually it's the first time I have used it home cleaning services to assist in cleaning my apartment because I have elderly person living with me and I do not have time to do cleaning chores. I found this site by going through google for cleaning service through Google.. filled out the application and within and hours I received a call from Mellisa to confirm the date and time... They kept me informed and provided several email reminder for the appointments which was great... They send over a great person Sabrina (I believe) and she arrived 15 early and start working on time right away and completed all the work on time...
