
My first experience was a great one. I called the office asking dor some assistance and my agents office in my eyes did all to help me. They were able to assist me in a timely manner and provided exceptional customer service. I would definitely cobtinue doing business here and recommend to family/friends.

I was very disappointed with my coverage of two cars and my house. Not so much with the Allstate company but with their representatives. When I tried to reach my original agent because I needed a jump start, they were not available (later I learned that they don't answer their phones until after 10:00AM). I had to call the Allstate claims to get the jump start. Even though my policy covered this they required I give them my credit card for the charge. Later they asked me for proof of payment even though they had charged my card themselves! After that I change agents, thinking that perhaps the one in my neighborhood would be more responsive to my needs. My first problem was that I no longer received "paper billing" necessitating a trip to the office where I was rebuffed at every turn by the receptionist. The final straw was when my banks "bill pay" was issued to the wrong payee and my policy was cancelled. Of course I didn't know that and when I got a late payment notice I sent a proof of payment to my agent. He never responded so I assumed all was well. When I received the cancellation I called the agent and he wasn't there so I had to deal with the reseptionist again. I'm out of

My experience Mark Crowson's local Allstate branch has exceeded my expectations. Within minutes of requesting a quote online, an agent from this office reached out with a phone call. She was friendly, patient, informative, and fully understanding when I said I would like to compare the quote and policy with a few other companies before making up my mind. Ultimately, Allstate won me over, yes with its policy coverage and cost, but just as importantly, the noteworthy customer service at Mr. Crowson's branch. My agent walked me through beginning my coverage, and was a big help when I reached back out to her for another insurance policy. At each correspondence, I am able to speak with my agent who remembers me and my policies. I would highly recommend using Mark Crowson's branch.

My insurance has gone up every 6 months I have been with you. I am not happy. I live 2 1/2 miles from my work. I have had my car since 2008 and I have just now got 50,000 miles on my car which should tell you something. I DON'T DRIVE THAT MUCH. I HAVE HAD NO WRECKS. NO TICKETS AND THERE IS NO REASON MY INSURANE SHOULD KEEP CLIIMBING EVERY SIX MONTHS. I AM STARTING TO LOOK FOR BETTER INSURANCE WHERE MY RATES WON'T KEEP CLIMBING FOR NO GOOD REASON.

I've been with this company for over 20 years my wife and I have a good driving records and all I see is my rate go up and up every year. When I ask if Allstate can match or beat a competitor I am told flat out NO. My agent said there's nothing he could do for me. I have seen the original guy & the lady after him retire from this agency I guess someone is doing good. Why do I stay you ask? Loyalty but that is wearing thin like my wallet. I doubt you will post this but a the least someone will have read it. Keith

Home policy no good. Doesn't really insure my property, has standard "coverage" which are useless. You might not replace anything at all. You may just reference some clause of standard reimbursement, You keep no record of my property or its value, its a **** policy that might cover some water or fire damage in my apartment. So no I don't like it, it doesn't fulfill my needs, its not as it sounds, and the idea of paying many hundreds of dollars to have all my items appraised is more costly than the insurance. Not a good impression. Not a good feeling. I will not be renewing.

I had an excellent experience. Trent Holthaus (the agent who assisted me) made the process incredibly simple and smooth. He was very knowledgable and efficient. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but I also saved 30% with better coverage than I had with my previous insurance company. Thank you for making me feel like I'm not just "another number".

My last name was typed wrong, my property information was totally incorrect in terms of square footage, stories, garage, bathrooms etc. I called and emailed to make corrections, but still not sure if it was corrected. I asked for a corrected policy, but was told they won't send paper copy. It must be my bad lunch!!

I really like Mark as an agent and I know he is going to be very successful. If it wasn't for him and his ability to help with the underwriting problem I would have left a month ago. PS it would be nice if underwriting could be a lot more consistent to our questions. Im usually more confused after I call them then before I called.

Although it took a while to get the right coverage for my automobile, in the end I received speedy responses from the corporate office and the local office here in Las Vegas. I saved several hundred dollars for better coverage from Allstate than from Met Life. I am very pleased.

I was very comfortable talking to Mark about my policy and needs. He was knowledgeable and professional. And what a beautiful office! You'd never know he was a brand new agent, he seems as though he's been doing this for years. I will definitely be referring him and his agency to my family, friends and business associates.
