Mark has been my agent for years. When I really needed him over an emergency, he was there. Nice staff. Love the new office. Fair and reliable.

They have always been very helpful with quotes and policy changes or updates. Office staff are professional and efficient. They really know their stuff.

I give the local Mark Muse Allstate office in Bethany the highest marks in all categories even though my son sells insurance for another company. The office staff helps with any issues no matter how much time is required. Penny is always able to answer any question I might have and does so right at that time. Mark is always friendly and keeps an open door. Although I have no issues with the local office, I am extremely upset about how a previous incident was unprofessionally handled. I will be writing up a case description regarding the incident a couple years ago. Thanks . . Don Neal

Except for the price of insurance - which would be true for the majority of companies, I have been very satisfied with Allstate for autos and homes. I have not contact Mark Muse often, but anytime I have he is attentive to my needs. His assistant today was also helpful and quick to understand my question (much more than assistants in the past).

Don’t really have an experience twice a year I get a higher bill. Have no claims no legitimate reason for the increase. All discounts are already applied. Got busy and time got away from me but plan to shop for a better deall at next renewal. .
