April of 2018, I was quoted a 6 month premium of $948.68. I signed up for a premium for $1032 for 6 months. My defensive driver cert expired so I was billed at a higher rate, realistically I never really received the policy at what I signed up for. Not even 6 months later and my policy is almost $2400 per year...which was the initial reason for switching my insurance in the first place...very disappointing to say the least!! When I get an opportunity I will be stopping by your office....
Insurance cards had only my husbands name - and the car was purchased in my name - so I couldnt leave the delaership with my car. When i called teh agent, they were closed; when I called corporate I was on hold for 52 minutes and was thrown off the line; then on hod another 37 minutes before I was able to get an online chat going . . . This has less to do with the agent than the company - look forward to finding new insurance
Prices practically doubled. Not happy at all. Just because a persons credit is not the best does not mean that you should do this. if it goes up any more I can actually cancel it because the apt complex charges almost the same as what I will be paying if it goes up again. thanks for not much Gary
