04/10/2020I agreed to hire ********* Family Construction as my contractor on a renovation Project on **** ********* *** ********** ** *****. We agreed on $150,000 budget and he would complete in 8-10 months. On February my investor gave me a draw of $19,800.00 to complete the job (which ***** Cashed on 2/25/2020) . with us holding back $10,800.00 until project inspected and completed. I attempted to get status of the project all week with very little reply. He pulled all his tools from the site.
