Before finding this place, I never had a good haircut in my life. Thank god I have cause Joan gives the best haircuts. I have been seeing her for almost 5 years and have never been disappointed. She knows exactly what she is doing and does exactly what you tell her you want. And the prices are very good. Ask for Joan when you go! She will not let you down!
