Mike is a fantastic guy to deal with. Always helpful with any questions we had for him.We recently bought a house and Mike made it absoulutely stress free.Everything was ready to go on closing day.We have had Allstate for many years on our vechicles,and Mike has always taken great care of us.Highly recommend him
I received a robo-call for insurance - one of hundreds - which led me to this agency. I was very polite (made it through the computer / woman / agent / automated question asker) and spoke to an agent who was polite and professional, but told me he had no way of taking me off of their auto-call list. Very frustrating. I won't work with ANY company that does this. Use Google like everyone else. Don't disturb people's phones. Oh. And thank you GOP for killing the consumer protection agency that would work to stop these.
It was somewhat disappointing as I called for assistance with my car and it took far too long for a reply. First I was told I did not have that coverage. Then I wa told to wait to hear from someone. My son and his mechanic came and discovered the battery was done. I have added AAA rather than the support offered by your company Sorry to disappoint but I have to ensure I get help when needed
I didn't really need to interact too much (at all, really) for this renewal, which, honestly, is how I like it. I got links to my policy in email, as well as the amount I was paying. Overall, pretty painless. When I've met with Mike in the past, he has been great, whether it's in person, over the phone, or over email. He's very knowledgeable and responsive.
