You've been nothing but kind since we made the switch of Allstate agents. From needing car insurance on a new car on a Saturday afternoon in Austin, with our old agents office not responding to anything; to helping a new claims submission on a home. Your agents are very knowledgeable on what you offer your clients. Ms. Terry, thanks for the referral on the Roofer (A Classic Roofing, LLC). Mr Webster is the right choice for first time claims homeowners should be talking too. Very patient.

I have never had a problem with Allstate. I have only had one claim in the last several years. I would love to see my insurance rates decrease for so few claims and for being a loyal customer for over 30 years.

Michael Keefe is the absolute BEST. I was involved in a traffic accident (not my fault) he was with me via phone on the spot. I bother him with questions and requests quite often and he NEVER makes me feel like I'm a pest. He handles everything efficiently and with a quickness. I would recommend him to anyone for ALL your insurance needs. He is #1 in my book!

Our Allstate office is the best !

Everyone is very professional, and Ive had nothing but positive experiences over the years with Mr. Keefe and his staff.

Agency was very nice experience however, your on line I rate a negative 10. It is pathetic. I wasted almost 2 hours of my time trying to get into my account to verify my “online” payment setup. Me, and Sarah, and a tech fellow could not get me access to MY account even after 1.75 hours of phone and computer connectivity. My suggestion is “fix it!” I will continue with Keefe agency though.

I don't really know how to answer that question because when I was home from the middle east of deployment. I was very dissatisfied with the Service from Allstate, which I had water damage in my home from flushing the toilet. Water damage my entire home because my sink, and washing machine was affected. This went on for three days because the weather was bad with rain and freezing temperature. The plumber instructed me that they would be out whenever they could which resulted in three days of a spelling house with wet floors and I was home on my R&R. A claim was filed and I spoke to the guy 1 day only and he didn't get back in touch with me. Told me that the issue wasn't covered under my insurance which I know it is and since it was the holidays and I was pressing for time in the United State I paid to have the work done in my home. And haven't heard from anyone about the claim, from flushing a toilet and having the toilet overflow and back up everything from the drain is not covered under insurance, then tell me what is ?
