I was very happy with Allstate Home & Auto insurance. I was very upset that after more than 10 years without a claim on my auto policy that my rates were nearly doubled. I feel that I was severely penalized. I realized that my rate would go up but not that high. Thank you for your service over the many years. Dorris Coleman
I wrote a comment before & nobody responded. I said I don't like when I'm not told of hidden fees. When I renewed my insurance & was recommended to switch to the ******** forgiveness plan, I wasnt adviced that there would be a charge. It's always nice when we know what we are getting into.
I have tried to contact this agency in regards to my home insurance quote since about the 20th of December since the closing date of my home is on the 5th of December. It is now the 2nd of January and I haven't received a call or email back with a quote even after being told several times that they would be calling back the next day. My lending company needed a quote for me in order to close so it's a real disappointment that I can't use Allstate because they didn't get back to me in time. I use Allstate for 4 policies including another home owners insurance policy for our home in Colorado so I was really looking forward to bundle this policy as well but unfortunately I will be going with another company.
I called them a total of 8 times starting at 10a.m. and ending at 5:30p.m. to cancel my policy. I spoke to 2 different representatives and no one could call me back or cancel my policy. They also never gave my sister the $20 gift card for referring me to them. She left All State as well. If I was purchasing insurance I'm sure they wouldve helped me with just the first phone call. Very upsetting.
