“Furnace went out on first really cold day of the season. I called A-OK. They were swamped with calls, but agreed to send a tech between 3 and 5pm. Korey arrived at 7pm after handling 14 calls ahead of us. He was apologetic that no one had called to notify of the delay, and he quickly diagnosed a bad ignitor and drove back to the warehouse to get the right replacement. Had everything working by 8pm. Richie (the owner) was very upset that I had not been called earlier to notify that they were behind schedule, and he insisted on giving me a large discount even though I said it was not necessary. I have dealt with A-Ok before and this just confirms my earlier experience that they are conscientious, skillful and srcupulously honest. I will definitely call them again in the future.”
