After 57 years of membership -- and a few claims -- I can not get to speak with anyone at USAA except, Euwana, the very competent telephone customer service rep from the credit card department with whom I just spent 34+ minutes. My problem: another long time USAA member -- and a friend -- was his by a car in Russia around noon on Wednesday; she has, among other issues, two broken bones in one shoulder and a compound fracture of her left tibia. She has had surgery on the shoulder and a start on fixing the tibia; she also has USAA-affiliated travel insurance, including air evacuation coverage from underwriter, United States Fire Insurance Company. US Fire says my friend does not need air evacuation: she should stay in the Russian hospital -- one surgeon speaks English -- indefinitely. And, I cannot find anyone at USAA that seems to care about one of their members with seemingly good insurance coverage in need of customer service. Where is Bob Mc Dermott? Had a chip in my front window for a few months because I was quoted up to $700 to get it fixed. Just happened to be driving around and saw a sign for window repair. Called and was quoted $280 I was shocked. Called the place and they said they'd been in business for 7 years, checked reviews online, great. Decided to try my luck and just go for it, the price was right. Within the next hour someone was at my house ready to replace the windshield. The bonus was they came to me and it only took no more than 40 minutes! AWESOME. The man explained to me why other places were more expensive and how they keep it old school to keep the price down. Would definitely recommend this place!
I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace their windshield. They are an honest, friendly, company that still has value in what they do. Their customers are #1 and you will see it in the courtesy of the staff, the on time technicians, and the follow up. Please take a chance in them - you won't be disappointed.
I had a broken windshield on my BMW 745 and Millenium 2 Auto Glass assisted me in getting my claim through my insurance company along with the high end glass that my car required. I had a great installer that took care of everything and was efficient in installing and cleaning u at the end. Great job Millenium!
"Excellent Auto Glass Service" I recently had to replace my sunroof and passenger side window in my 2007 Honda Pilot due to two different encounters with rocks on the interstate. The sunroof was broken, but still intact. I was told it was to dangerous to drive so I had to have a glass company come to my house. Millenium 2 Auto Glass came out the very next day and replaced it with no problems. They worked well with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them and I haven't had to call them since that time.
