I have been with this agency for quite a few years. I recently received the renewal from my auto and homeowners and both jumped more than expected. I understand all insurance across-the-board is increasing so I’m not holding that against this agency or Allstate for that matter. I called around to start getting quotes at other places, and received a very competitive price from AAA. I hadn’t signed up with AAA yet and I made A phone call to Milos’s office. I had stated that I would be canceling my two policies because of the increases. Not knowing if I had gone anywhere else to get coverage or to ask at that time if we can go over my policies Sharon, the lady that answered the phone responded with OK thank you for your time. I will talk to you later. Goodbye. Four days later, I received a call from Sharon wanting to discuss my policy. I informed her that I had already changed carriers.. I told her that I had called the office and I was told OK thank you for your time. I will talk to you later. She tells me that she does not remember talking to me And that they would like to go over the policy. I informed her that my new coverage started up already And that I will not be continuing with Allstate. I told her of the conversation we had and she said I was being confrontational And she was not going to entertain my conversation. Her customer service skills are very lacking. And I don’t believe she is the right person to be dealing with customers.
Do not call there to let them know the mistake was there fault , the woman answering the phone does not want to hear that. Then I have to hear how she is left there , Milo is not there again. Hey Milo ,you may want to be at work to straighten out an issue instead of leaving it up to her . I'm shopping for another insurance company. Thanks anyway
Best Insurance agent I have ever encountered as well as the other licensed agent working here. Anytime I have a question or need something Milo is available and gets back to me fast. I am dissatisfied at this point with Allstate for a couple of reasons. First when I purchased my car in June my agent was out of town and the receptionist could not transfer the insurance from our previous car to the new car until he came back so the car had to stay at the dealership until that was resolved. Second there was no communication between the adjustor for our roof and ourselves. I was given different stories between the adjustor and the contractor which caused a problem with my checking account.
I really haven't had too much encounter with Allstate, however I did inquire about my foundation on my home. And as of today I've had no response. I am currently looking to switch my home owners insurance to a better qualified company or a company that respond to it's customers. But other than that I can not say anything else. Thanks
Allstate provided the best deal for the coverage that I have on my cars and home. I have always paid more through other insurance Company's. The coverage that I have is near the best Allstate offers and better than what I expected. Milos is a great person and is very easy to talk to and he wants to give you the best deal on insurance for your needs that he can. If you are shopping around definitely consider Allstate for your insurance needs.
Milos is excellent in his profession! He was able to explain Allstate's services and answer any questions so that I felt comfortable and secure with choosing Allstate. When I asked questions, he was accommodating so that I felt I made an intelligent decision in changing my insurance provider. His sincerity is a big factor in my decision to change to Allstate. He is definitely an asset to your company!
