Never had an opportunity to meet him or speak by phone. Some how our account was placed in Greenville without any consideration for policy holder. Always had a local agent here in Wilson, NC that I could drop by with any questions and make payments to. Had this insurance since 1994. I was serching insurance companies online an Allstate popped up an every since I have been with Allstate they have been wonderful an they also take time out to explain everything about your policy that you need to know. If anybody ask me about an insurance company I will tell them about Allstate
I have been with Allstate a long time and would recommend anyone to join Allstate. I have always received fast, prompt and great customer service. I recently moved to another state and had to switch to another agent. There was 3 different agents in my new town. I thought "well Allstate is Allstate" and choose the closet one. Now after 2 weeks of switching to the new agent, I have still not received insurance cards, a copy of my policy or even a bill. I do not believe this is a reflection on Allstate but a reflection of the agent itself.
I had a great experience at first. Then I was assisted with a way to lower my bill. They stated it would be a savings "a month" for paying on time. I have always paid on time. I had savings one month. The next month it went back up. I asked 3-4 times for assistance in why it went back up. No one replied except with bill amount. I was never told and asked for multiple responses back with no further response. I will likely move elsewhere if possible.
I feel Neal is undervalued by the company, and not given the support for the job he does. I am 76 years old and have dealt with a lot of insurance agents in my time but never one as attentive as he is. The norm is to get your business and then move on to the next prospective client. He is definitely not that way, as he follows through and is there when you need him....
