“I used this service to deep clean the apartment I just moved into. I informed them via email that I just moved and the previous tenant had two cats which I am highly allergic to. The maid came late and did not bring a vacuum or a broom or a mop. I do not think they were able to remove all the hair that was in the place. The maid was very nice but brought minimal cleaning equipment and did not even clean the whole apartment. The Maid failed to clean behind the radiators nor did they dust the storage areas or clean the kitchen completely. The only plus for this service was that they reduced the price a slight bit because they were ill prepared but they also helped assemble two things in my apartment for me. I would recommend not using them but if you do I would surely follow up and make sure that the cleaner actually brings all the proper supplies to provide the service they are charging you for.”
