It was pretty good, for the most part. We just found another agency that could provide more affordable coverage for our teen driver

so far it has been great.

So far I am feeling frustated and confused. It is taking too long to get this job started. It seems I have to work around your schedule and not mine. The adjuster was not prepaired to look at roof and had to plan a second visit five days later. So far things are not going too good.

I thought that your agency was very helful. I do not like your roof policy.

Our insurance has gone up every six months since we have had the policy. Started at 280 a month and my most recent policy shot up to 380 a month. No accidents or tickets at all. I would not recommend Allstate.

Your people seem fine. The problem is the huge hikes in the cost of my homeowners insurance. I'm a 100% permenently disabled war veteran. Our income doesn't go up. The cost of living has gone up tremendosly over the last few years. How are the disabled veterans supposed to survive? I have neve filled an insurance claim and my rates go up like that. So, do us all a favor and stop telling us 'thank you for your service' and give us a break for the love of God.
