History: Launched in response to a lack of safe, quality access to medical cannabis in the El Cajon and San Diego area, OutCo El Cajon is proud to be the first licensed medical marijuana dispensary in San Diego County. We opened in July 2014 and have been serving the cannabis community continuously, at the same location, ever since.

Our indoor grows use natural, sustainable products to ensure the highest quality products. OutCo has the only extraction license in San Diego County, allowing us to produce our own oil and vape cartridges using OutCo strains and supercritical CO2 extraction methods in our state-of-the-art lab.
