PCC proudly operates as the longest continually operating cannabis dispensaries in California. The collective’s founders opened PCC’s doors in 2001 to serve the community with compassionate, safe access to medicinal cannabis. Proudly rooted in grassroots activism and community love, PCC lobbied to local lawmakers to make medical cannabis available for any Berkeley patient in need. In fact, the founders even helped create and continue to sponsor the advocacy group Americans for Safe Access.
