We have been with D.E.Cressman for years and now our son is now also insured through them. They are always professional, kind, and willing to help. BEWARE RENTING OFFICE SPACES FROM 1642 UNION BLVD OR GETTING INSURANCE FROM A AGENCY, THE OWNER MARK IS A VERY SHADY PERSON, THERE USED TO BE A TATTOO SHOP CALLED DAVES HOUSE OF PAIN LOCATED NEXT DOOR FROM ME, HE ALSO MOVED OUT DUE TO THE OWNER MARK SENDING PEOPLE FROM HIS INSURANCE COMPANY UPSATIRS TO USE THE BATHROOM AND THERE HAS BEEN SERINGES LEFT ON THE FLOOR AS WELL AS MEN GOING IN THE WOMANS BATHROOM AT ANY GIVEN TIME. DAVE WAS SMART AND MOVED OUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND IS STILL WAITING FOR A COURT DATE TO GET HIS SECURITY BACK BECAUSE MARK DOESNT WANT TO RETURN IT JUST LIKE MY SECURITY, MARK IS SNEAKY AND WILL TELL YOU ONCE THE UNIT IS EMPTY HE WILL RETURN SECURITY BUT THATS ONLY SO WHEN HE CALLS THE COPS THEY SAY YOU MOVED OUT WILLINGLY. IF YOU RENT FROM THERE BE PREPARED TO PAY $130 COURT FEE TO GET YOUR SECURITY BACK, I CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY CAME AND TOLD ME I HAD TO LEAVE THE PREMISES AND WHEN I CALLED THE ALLENTOWN POLICE STATION , THE POLICE CHANGED IT AROUND AND SAID IT WAS A CIVIL MATTER I CAN STAY, THEN THE LANDORD MARK CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE DESK SERGEANT AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE RULES CHANGED AND THEY FORCED ME TO LEAVE AND TO GIVE HIM THE KEYS I PAID FOR....DONT THINK THE LAW WILL HELP YOU ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND COURT FEES, AND OFCOURSE WHO YOU KNOW!!!!! UNFORTUNATELY
