Your office has always answered any questions or concerns I had in a timely manager. But I will start looking around for new insurance. Been a customer for a long time over 35 years. And one very small fender bender that you cannot even see damage in pictures and my already high premium is going up. It may be the push I need to move on. The longer a customer the less you get.
After having Allstate for over 20 years I have cancelled my policy. My agent did not provide good service. I have been paying for a premium plan for years that now he tells me really has no value but cost me $1500 per period. My agent knew my daughter was getting her license but did not follow up to get her on the policy. I repeatedly contacted him about putting her on the policy but she had not yet passed her road test. He kept telling me I had to wait. I am on ********** for a medical condition that causes memory loss. I forgot to add her when she did pass the test. I was hit with a several thousand dollar penalty. The agent claims he tried to get the underwriters to reduce the premium but they refused. Then he took over a month before he admitted the increase was due to a penalty so I ended up paying for 2 months of insurance at a huge increase. I would have cancelled immediately and saved myself almost $2000 for 2 months. My new insurance has much better coverage for $1300 for 6 mos. I knew there was lower cost ins but I stayed with Allstate because of the agent but then the agent ended up costing me thousands of dollars. I am disappointed in Allstate and will tell everyone
Having never used Allstate insurance before but have worked with Patrick Hughes in the past I am very satisfied with my service and policies with Patrick and Allstate insurance. Look forward to many years of great service from them and the office is local so that is a great benefit. Thanks Patrick.
I thought everyone was very nice but I called twice about lowering my premium and never got a call back. I was told that it was due to my credit. Impossible, because I just bought a condo and rented an apartment at the same time and was told I have excellent credit. I went with a company that was $1100.00 less every 6 months (total $2200.00 savings a year)! I will be looking at possibly changing my homeowners insurance as well.
