Good collection, very polite and friendly.

A wide range of fragrances at really good prices. Service was also perfect. I was even offered tea, water or juice on both of my visits to this establishment

Only store I would shop if is not Macys or any recommended store for Original Fragrance is this store. Love the Customer service great cheap price and perfumes are 100% durable. Been a customer for years now and I have recommended people which come for visiting and they honestly keep on going back to Perfume Americana.

I own a few stores in CT and Texas and we have been buying from this company to sell in our stores in the Malls; fragrances are 100% Authentic and the customer service is amazing very nice and courteous. Raju brother is always very helpful and I will occasionally speak to the owner From time to time He is a complete Gentlemen very nice guy and I look forward to doing much more business with your company in the years to come thanks for the prompt shipments and support Mr. Cheema !!!

Excelents prices, wonderful attention for costumers, quality in their products.

I have been going to Perfume Americana for many years. Every time I'm in the city, I definitely pay them a visit, and pick up a perfume or two. They provide great service, and the best prices.

This place is my favorite place to go to do my business ventures. They serve you hot tea or coffee while you are making your order out. They take their time with you. I Love to go to SHEEMA to take car of my business needs, he understands me the best. The parking is not so great, so it is best to go on a Sunday where you are sure not to get a ticket.

Very bad service. I tried to call them and the guy hung up the phone on me while I was asking him about a product. Never again will I call them. I was happy with them. Why couldn't they tell me the truth and say we don't have anymore. Just be honest. I would cal every two weeks but they kept telling me something else. I'm really sorry but I won't ever go there again .

They have a great selection of fragrances! Very friendly service! A guy offered me a cappuccino! They might not be the cheapest but the prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back when I run out of my favorite fragrance which is hard to find.

I was excited to visit this place as browsing their website, they have good prices. Once inside, first thing I noticed, they don't show prices but it is all based on their "price list" in their electronic database. A guy talked to me asking me what brand fragrance I was looking for. I told him few brands and he showed me some perfumes. I asked for the price and he told me not to worry and he will let me know after. He explained that there are official perfumes and samples which cost less. I went for a perfume, he asked me 30$ but once at home, I checked the price and on their website the same brand/size/model is sold at 27.30$ so it is clear they are gaming with prices offering deals based on the kind of customer: local vs. Tourist. I am sure you can get good deals but double check retail price and their website price list. Also go there with an exact list of brand/type of perfume so you can be sure price is good and not made up

do not waste your time with this website, we ordered items from the fragrance warehouse thru them, First the seller lied stating it was shipped as they never provided a tracking # and when we asked for one, we received a response that it must be lost in transit since there was no activity and if we wanted a replacement, the order was only placed 5 days prior so there was no way any professional business would give a reply like that except a shaby business which knew they never shipped the item, they still didn't provide a tracking# but asked if we wanted a refund or replacement. We told them we wanted a replacement along with how we felt that it was never shipped and to share this tracking#, we received a full refund from

To echo what others had posted on the older listing, it's worth it to call ahead and/or check the website to see if they carry what you're looking for before visiting. You're guaranteed to have a great experience if you know exactly what you want ahead of time, and bring cash (not required, but will get you a better deal). I've been going to this place since moving to the area in 2007. I made a cologne run today and was so pleased with the polite and helpful staff and new, impressive facility that I thought I'd give a good review! :-)
