I've been really satisfied with pet paradise. My dog has gone for grooming (nail trims, basic baths), day camp, and boarding (weekend trips and two-week vacations). Every time she comes back happy and healthy. The staff all seem to really love animals. My dog was really hesitant around people when we first got her from the pound (especially men) and this place has really helped socialize her and make her out going and friendly, even to men. It really matters to me that while she's boarded she isn't just kept in a kennel (like many other places). She goes out and plays basically every hour and you can watch them on webcam! There are cheaper places to board (although not much cheaper honestly) but I can't speak highly enough of pet paradise's quality and level of care for my dog.
I am so pleased with the care provided at Pet Paradise. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the dogs and their owners. The manager and staff made me feel comfortable leaving our two large dogs in their care. Before their boarding visit, they offered a complimentary daycare visit to help our dogs get acquainted with the environment and the staff. I signed up for the daily emails and was pleased to see multiple photos of our dogs playing and enjoying the outdoors. When I picked them up they did not seem distressed or uncomfortable. I will happily use them again in the future.
Our dogs LOVE going to Pet Paradise for doggie daycare and grooming. The staff is super friendly and clearly all love animals. This is our go to place for grooming too. We always ask for Jenny because she is just an amazing person--she loves our fur kids so much and has ALWAYS gone the extra mile for us making sure the dogs have a great experience, are expertly groomed, are WELL CARED FOR during the process, and that we are happy when we pick them up. Give this place a try.
The boarding service seems Great. I had my pug stay there after Christmas. she came back home. couple days later she got serious cough and vomit. She had all the vaccines she needed. But the doctor diagnosed her with kennel cough. It was rough 3-4 days when she was in pain. she is still recovering.
Good friendly staff with quick check-in. We boarded our dogs for 6 days and had The dogs share a kennel. We did not do the daycamp because it was more expensive but the dogs are let out four times a day to play and go to the bathroom. We were able to watch them online with the WebCam which was really nice. My only complaint would be that it is very expensive. $550 for six days is crazy. The cost factor would be our only reason for not going back. Other than that the place is great.
We boarded our two mastiffs at Pet Paradise for a few days. This was the first time our fellas were away from home. I was impressed with the staff's professional and enthusiastic demeanor. I highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you Pet Paradise, we will be back!
December 2016: Once again I am blown away by the service at Pet Paradise! I can'ts say enough about the staff. Jenny is a saint to put up with all three of my pack at one time and always does such a great job! I just want to gush but its more of the same as left below. Check it out!!!! I have been going to this location for years for grooming and boarding. Why, you ask? Well let's start with how they interact with me. For me it's the small things because I write training for a living. Jenny, the manager for grooming, is amazing. She starts with always calling them "my babies". That seems like a very small thing, but I only have "fur kids" and in your 40's, that's a huge distinction. My dogs are not just pets, they are my kids, so the fact she recognizes that is huge to me. Next, let's talk about scheduling. I am a working professional (translation workaholic), so the fact I can drop them off before work and pick them up late is amazing. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. I have 3 Pekingese, that I lovingly (some days) call the Pekie Pack. This is important because they do everything together, and scheduling 3 long hair dogs for grooming can be challenging, except @ Pet Paradise. I never have a problem. And the icing on the cake, Jenny is always there to meet the kids @ the door. Even if I have to wait to check in, they always have groomers there to take the kids right away, so it's easier for me to finish the business. And not only are they quick to take the kids back, the entire staff is genuinely happy to see the pack. The best part, my kids love Jenny and are excited to be there. If anyone asks, I always recommend them over anywhere else I have taken my pack.
I have been taking my papillon, Talllahassee, to Pet Paradise (formerly Enchantment) three days a week for "puppy camp" for the last 4 years and couldn't give her "home away from home" a better review. The entire staff is outstanding, she's comfortable and well cared for. Admittedly, my dog is a little high-maintenance (after all, she's a papillon) with seizure disorder based on food allergy and the staff has always let me know when the "cramps" have happened and that she's ok. Tally has her gang of small dogs she hangs out with at camp and she's excited to pull in every morning always comes home happy. It's great to know that there are folks who love and take care of her as much as I do!
Ive been going to this place since 2010. They are great with my boxer. A bit upset the lodging prices went up. The Lodging price used to include all day camp and now it is separate. I don't see what has changed to increase the price from 44 for queen package to 64 per day now.
We adopted a very timid puppy from a rescue organization. We have been working with Jackie now for about a month, and the change is quite dramatic! He is even going to day camp once a week. I cannot say enough about how clean the facility is, and how caring and engaged the staff are!
I take Finn for day care just so he can run and play with all the dogs. Don't like public dog parks as I have seen some very aggressive dogs and owners who do not pay attention. I use Michelle for Finn's grooming. She does an excellent job. Finn is a therapy dog and I like him to look his very best. I was worried about the change in ownership but it seems to have been a seamless transition. Finn can't wait to get out of the car when we get there and is always a happy tired dog when I pick him up.

We have been taking our dog Sammy to Pet Paradise for about two years now and we are very pleased with the care that she receives there. She enjoys going and gets excellent care. We have recommended the Paradise to a few of our friends and they agree. For boarding and grooming in a neat, clean environment, dollar for dollar you can't beat Pet Paradise.
