Plumb Professionals

Plumb Professionals came highly recommended from many of our local neighbors and they certainly lived up to all expectations! While we didn't have any plumbing emergencies, we did need a new hot water heater and some other minor plumbing needs. They were able to come immediately, had a very flexible schedule and were wonderful to work with!

Yesterday, I called Leo Rowitz to hopefully get on his schedule this week for a repair of a fairly new toilet that was not working properly. He was kind enough to walk me through the "repair," over the phone and didn't even charge me; I was willing to send him a payment for his time and expertise. I will definitely be using Leo in the future for any and all plumbing needs! Thanks again, Leo!

Hot Water Heater tragically died. I started a messenger string with Leo of Plumb Professionals after 8:30 PM on Tuesday...he responded within minutes and after a series of texts and a couple photos, he had his team scheduled for an install the next day and I was able to sleep easy knowing all would be well. Leo arrived early in the day on Wednesday to do some measurements and his team arrived at what should have been the end of their workday to do the removal/install. Both technicians were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently, ensured a clean workspace and path to the front door and were done in less time than I anticipated. I am, again, thrilled with the work of Plumb Professionals. Thank you! I absolutely recommend Leo and team to anyone needing a hot water replacement (and, based on previous work, shower repairs).

Plumb was great. Leo, their owner, responded very quickly. Louis helped us with a pipe that had burst over the winter and needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond the scope of the project to help us understand what was being done, and what would need to be done in the future to prevent the pipe from bursting (hose bib). I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area (NoVa, fairfax, etc).

Great customer service. Leo came himself and taught me some things I did not know so I could handle on my own. When it was time to change our hot water heater, he was the guy we called. His team was extremely professional, clean, and careful. Would call them again for any plumbing needs.

Mike was great! Not only was his work fantastic, but he allowed me to bug him to ask questions as he was working. He was not only on time, he could have been early, however we were quite ready for him. What we thought would be a pretty simple fix that would get done in a couple hours, turned out to be a BIG project that ended up taking almost 6 hours! The entire time though Mike was a upbeat and pleasant!

Very professional indeed. Had an issue with a clogged bathroom sink and it was taken care of along with replacing something under kitchen sink. Text received on job and communication was superb. Pricing was very fair as well. Louis did a great job clear cleaning up and fixing our problem. The owner Leo is a good guy.

Plumb Professionals just completed a hot water heater replacement. From the initial call to the first drop of hot water - 36 hours. Michael and Louis did a great job and left the mechanical space cleaner than when they arrived. Very professional, very courteous.

I had a great experience with Mike. He fixed my issues and gave me some great advice about preventative maintenance. I will definitely use them in the future.

Leo has worked with me on several occasions for plumbing. We bought our house last summer. The townhome was 14 years old with virtually no updates to plumbing system. We ended up replacing 3 toilets, repairing two sink leaks, replacing pressure reducing valve, and replacing the water heater over the the past 6 months. We also had a mbr main tub leak that needed a few faucet.

Leo responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes and we scheduled an appointment. You're also updated on the appointment status via an automated text, which was cool. Dan arrived and was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. There was an underlying issue to my problem caused by yours truly, but Dan kept at it and did the necessary troubleshooting to prevent it from turning into a much larger project, which was greatly appreciated. See no reason to look elsewhere for my future plumbing needs.

Free, in home, quotes!! I'm still in shock! I called Plumb Professionals and they arrived within 30 minutes and called on the way to let me know. Michael West was very friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. We have a slow leak somewhere and possibly need main valve replaced. He checked all possible leak locations, suggested DIY fixes and gave a reasonable quote to have main replaced. And the "consultation" was free!! I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I called this plumber because my garbage disposal was cheap and gave out in my new house :-( Michael came on time, was courteous and replaced my garbage disposal. He walked me through the process while he was replacing it. This is a great company! I found a new trustworthy plumber in the area!

My rating is just for the speedy response that Plumb Professionals provide. I requested a quote via Yelp and literally got a response within a few minutes. The quote provided by Leonard was also very competitive. I didn't go with Plumb Professionals, but I certainly will for my next service. I went with another competitor because they price matched for my business, but it wasn't the trust and comfort I felt with Plumb Professionals. Next time I will go with my gut and choose Plumb Professionals.

I have had Plumb Professionals work on several different projects throughout my house and all of them were done with great quality and care. It was extremely easy to schedule and the communication was on point and on time. Its hard to find someone who is trusting and fair. I cant recommend Leo and his team at Plum Professionals enough.

We needed to solve a problem with the faucet in our kitchen sink. Leo installed a new faucet and when we discovered a water pressure problem he came back out and fixed it without charging us for something unrelated to the original service visit. Fair, friendly and fast turnaround. He's our new go to plumber.

Leo was responsive and extremely helpful over the phone and via text. And Michael came out in short order to get our plumbing situation resolved. Both were great, and cost was very reasonable. We felt very good about working with them and will certainly be using them for any future needs.

Plum Professional, indeed! I scheduled service through Yelp, which was VERY convenient. Leo got back to me quickly and we were able to schedule service for the next day. Most places give you a 4 hour window, but Plumb gave us an appointment time. So, that was much appreciated.

We had a small leak in our home and called see if we could get an appt. Leo called back within 5 minutes. He was out to see us the next day. He located the source of the leak and replaced our faucet which solved the whole issue. He was professional, timely and diagnosed the problem right way. No pressure, kind and courteous. Our new garbage disposal was leaking. The owner Leo responded to our request on yelp for a quote within the hour so he scheduled a plumber same day with LenThe Plumber. They sent a photo of plumber Carara so that we could recognize who was knocking. Good move! Mr. Carara was very polite and very competent. He fixed the problem immediately which was a missing gasket.

Mike and Leo are the best. I called about 530pm and Mike was there within the hour. We had a clogged kitchen sink. It took about 2 hours and it was fixed. Friendly, respectful and honest. Never tried to up sale me. Thank you so much.

Plumb Professionals' Joey and crew were on time, professional, respectful, and efficient. Not sure what more you can ask for. They successfully installed a sump pump and a shower cartridge. Will definitely use them again for future work.

This is a great plumbing company. We had Kohler faucets that needed repair and Leo (owner) suggested I call Kohler as they may send parts for free, which they did. When two of Leo's plumbers tried to repair it, but thought we had recd the wrong parts, I was not charged a service call. The team missed a detail that a call to Kohler identified, so Leo came out himself to repair. His pricing seemed fair.

Found this business on yelp The owner answered at eight pm on a Thursday night and came on a Saturday. The guys were great and fixed my plumbing issues. Normally it's always a Hassle and a ridiculous time window for the appointment. Super easy and super nice

Joey came out to replace a garbage disposer and did a fantastic job with a helpful and friendly attitude. Price was fair and response time was excellent. I am happy to now know that I have "a guy" when it comes to my plumbing needs. Thanks so much!

You KNOW a plumbing service is gonna be great when a competitor recommends them! We couldn't get an appt til Friday with the other plumbing service that was recommended (and we had been without hot water for almost 4 days), so I asked him for help. Thankfully he sent us to Leo! Within a few hours, he was able to come by and fix our minor issue! Hooray! What a huge relief. We had expected to be taking cold showers for a few more days. Thank you Leo!! We would recommend him to anyone.

Actually my drain cleared literally less than 5 minutes before he arrived. He checked out the disposal and drain where clog was and we walked around the house checking various other things (house is 20 years old) and he made some recommendations and he never charged me for coming out. That is why I am going to hire them for the replacement of the disposal which is now ultimately necessary. Hard to rate work quality or value since he didn't charge me. :)

I will not recommend Plumb professionals to anyone ..they did not stick to the time and they are very expensive..THD and Lowes charges 150 for new toilet installation whereas these guys charge 300$; Also they come up saying some problem with the original installation and if anything goes wrong they cannot be held responsible ...

I have used Plumb Professionals twice now and have been very pleased with their work. Once was for a hot water replacement job, and after interviewing and getting quotes from other companies, Leo came back with a good and fair price and he was who I thought would do the best job. Another time I had an emergency kitchen sink problem and even though it was a Friday, he was able to send someone out that day, so that I was not inconvenienced all weekend. I would highly recommend this company.

Because of great recommendations we reached out to Leo for some plumbing problems we were having in our less than 2 year old home! Not only he reached right away, but both Joey and Leo came to our house a couple of times making sure that our builder recognized that it was a builder's issue and put under warranty. They will be supervising that the job is well done. And I could not trust anybody else more than these guys! Not only great professionals but good people! Love them!

Leo came out to our house to fix a clog. I called around 8 pm the night before and got a really quick response and an appointment for the next day. Leo came when he said he would and even texted to let me know he was en route. He was professional and resolves the issue quickly. He also made suggestions to avoid the issue in the future. There was also no fee for the service call, just the work performed. I will definitely call Leo again for plumbing needs.

Leo has excellent knowledge about plumbing. I hired him to repair an older model shower cartridge and seats. I am so lucky that I found Leo and avoid having somebody who only suggested me to replace the old valve by breaking up the tile and wall. Also, the price is very reasonable! I would recommend Leo to anyone.

My brand new dishwasher was not draining properly and I wasn't sure if it was an installation issue, a product issue or something else. I decided to give Plumb Professionals a quick call to ask. Leo was kind enough to come by and do a quick assessment. After asking a few more questions, he was able to determine the issue was related to a recently replaced garbage disposal. A few minutes later, the problem was fixed and the appliance is now working great. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs!

They provided professional quick service, charged very reasonable rates, and were communicative through the process. If we have another plumbing need, we will use them again for sure!

Leo and his crew were very knowledgeable about the water heater installation they were doing. They made recommendations for me and my budget now, with potential to make additions in the future if necessary. The work was done on time, and I even had to reschedule my time, which they accommodated. They left the w ork space clean, instructed me on how to use the new devices, and disposed of an old 75 gallon water heater. I would trust them to do additional plumbing work and consultation based on their work here.

Pumb Professionals was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted Leo and he immediately scheduled an appointment within 48 hours to repair my shower cartridge, as the water was not getting hot. At first, he thought the job was going to be simple, but then realized it was more complicated. Instead of stopping the job and rescheduling for another day, he diligently and professionally continued the job. His work style is very neat and he is absolutely knowledgeable in his field. I've had such a great experience working with Leo that I've asked him to do a variety of work for me, including fixing and cleaning a gas fireplace (he replaced the pilot light assembly), installing a new pedestal sink and toilet, and conducting a whole home plumbing inspection. He really can perform a wide range of tasks. I was especially thankful for the inspection as Leo caught some issues early that would have a caused a big problem later and I was charged a fair price to fix them.
