De Kraai
This restaurant is located in the picturesque "Windmill village", Zaanse Schans, and is mostly famous with its pancakes. The village is within a 15-minute train ride from Amsterdam, and is definitely worth visiting, but since it is a major tourist attraction, everything here is packed, so the best advise is to try visiting before the crowds. The pancakes are delicious, dont forget to try them with the Durch syrup - schenkstroop.
Micropia
A spectacular museum about live that is hidden from the human eye. The information is presented in a easily understandandable form through interactive screens and microscopes, where you can explore the microbe's world by yourself. Quite an unusual and interesting experience.
Mt. Fengari
Hike starts from the village of Therma and it's not the easiest one :). No need to mention that the view from top is stunning towards all parts of the island. Another reward that awaits you is that you get to make a picnic on a place usually reserved for the Gods. According to Homer, Poseidon watched the Trojan war from this mountain.
Ølbaren
One of the best bars in Norrebro area. Huge selection of local and international beers + friendly stuff that us ready to help you with your choice. If the bartenders are not too busy, they can give you beers samples to choose from. The place tends to be very crowded on Friday and Saturday evenings. They don't serve food.
Kalaset
Kalaset was highly recommended to me as the best place for brunch in town, and it didn't disappoint. Food is home-made, mostly organic, and very delicious. Vegetarians are not forgotten and have several options to choose from. The pancakes are not to be missed. Prices for a typical brunch + coffee are around $20-25 per person.
Louisiana Museum of Modern Art
This place is awesome. Perfect for one day trip if you're visiting Copenhagen or Malmo. You not only get your dose of art from the exhibitions hosted here, but you can also walk in the park area, make a nice picnic, or even go for a swim in the Baltic sea.
Orenda
My favorite wine store recently. They sell Bulgarian wines only, and most of them come from small and not so well known wineries that would never make it to the mainstream shops. The owners are very nice and always there to help with your choice. On top, there's a different promotion every week or two.
Centre Georges Pompidou
The place is a must for everyone who loves modern art and offers amazing permanent collection plus some temporary exhibitions. Try avoiding visits during the weekend because it can get really crowded. There's a restaurant at the top which offers a great panorama over the city of Paris.
