Awesome place!!! The first time I walked in I felt welcome and at home. I was quickly received and given a wonderful tour. This place is doing great things for the community and always playing reward games with you. When I popped in for my first free session, Coach V was doing a Technique class. After explaining in detail how to do the excersize he would go around ensuring each person was doing it correctly. Great personality too!!!
