I have always thought Ramon Vasquez and his office associates were very helpful, kind, and professional. On the other hand, the upper echelon of Allstate is mainly in business to make money. In June/July 2015 when we had two vehicles totaled and a hailstorm that did over $12,000 damage to our house, I had to fight for a year and a half with 27 (I counted) different agents, appraisers, assessors, and assholes to get everything fixed and taken car of. It was a nightmare and Allstate was just as non-helpful as State Farm and Dairyland Insurance, the other people's insurances who caused the car accidents. We ended up having to pay $600 in order to salvage our Chevrolet Express 3500, a van that we had owned for 15 years and was running just fine. We also had to have our roof reappraised three times before Allstate admitted there was damage and that only after I threatened to sue. Strange that little round circle cracks and dents in the roof were originally passed off as joint stress and wear! As I said before, Ramon is very helpful, but Allstate claims and upper management is not in the least helpful.

I would like to add my voice to the other excellent reviews regarding this business. My situation was complex. Moved to Tucson from L.A., had an accident a month ago in Tucson, and although it was not my fault, Mercury cancelled my insurance. I came to Yelp and found this business and reached out for help. Well, it worked! Cassy Velez from Mr. Vasquez' office helped me through it all. She was kind, patient, listened carefully, answered all my questions, gave knowledgeable information and was efficient in a competent and pleasant way that put me at ease. No hard sell. By the time we got off the phone, I was covered again and now will have both car (same coverage) and new renters insurance at a lower rate than my previous insurance. Yay! Thank you!

Well All state couldn't compete in pricing in regard to home insurance. As a matter of fact, All state was twice as high as the other insurance company, so I wouldn't recommend you for homeowners insurance.

I just moved here from California and decided to get a new car insurance. I met Ramon Vasquez who is an AllState agent. He is very helpful and had given me options. He lowered my car insurance and also included in the package is my renters insurance. We have one thing in common as far as giving our kids good education which made our conversation a really fruitful one. Nice guy and is always willing to help according to my car insurance needs being a new resident here in Arizona.
