
I've been happy with the customer service but I've been increasingly unhappy with the cost of your insurance. I think it is ridiculous to have to pay $100 a month for insurance on a 6 yr old car. I have no tickets, no accidents, and a credit score of 817. I feel like I'm being punished for all the bad drivers with new tech laden cars.

I have been with Allstate for approximately 30 years now. I don’t like being referred to as dude when I’m speaking to your office staff. I have never been able to speak with Rod regarding himself. My wife and I are over 50 with 840 credit scores and have two vehicles insured one of which is 17 years old and we pay $900 every six months. If I didn’t have such an old policy with extra coverages that are not often anymore I would’ve left Allstate andthe Renard agency a long time ago.

Please inform homeowner berfore inspecting premises and taking pictures for homeowner policy review. Received a letter in January informing of impending cancellation of homeowners policy due to debris on side yard. I understand the mitigation of risk but need to be informed of inspection before opening my gate and taking pictures. Our family was blindsided by this and caused a lot of grief and hassle. Perhaps the inspector could suggest improvements rather than filing pictures and sending a letter threatening to cancel policy. This was not appreciated. Evan Tucker has been great! He is a great agent and is attentive to my needs, policy changes etc. For that reason, I would recommend this agency.

I've really enjoyed my experience so far with Rod Renard All-State. My agent there helped transition all of my paperwork with ease, and when the bank needed some extra information it was done by the end if the business day. I've already recommended them to several friends, as they saved me money while providing a great level of insurance.

Good up until my policy was canceled over the holidays , after I had already received my policy/done deal/ paperwork , and had canceled my previous policy. Apparently lack of communication with someone and when I complained they still didn't know what or why with out having to go to underwriter or whoever to find out.

I would Highly recommend Rod Renard and his Office to handle all of your insurance needs. I left State farm after years when i had a bad experience with their customer service. I have had a few claims with Allstate and Rod and his staff always make me feel valued and important! Rod has worked hard to save me money and this has made me a very Satisfied customer. This group is pure professional, get to the point and make it happen. This is an amazing insurance company that has amazing people. Jon Aguirre is both bilingual and competent. I have not had an accident or used you lately so am a little confused about this survey. Allstate has always done an excellent job for me when there has been a problem. You are one of the more high priced agencies one can sign up for. The only reason I might ever consider changing is because of the cost. Have a merry Christmas Ron. Christina Madden

Every encounter i have had with Rod Renard and his staff always left me feeling satisfied. I get help with any issue right away and Rod and his staff are very helpful and courteous! When ever i call the office someone always has time to listen to me and i really appreciate that if they are busy they get back to me right a away! I just wish i lived in Southern Oregon so i could stop in their office often and thank them in person. It,s so refreshing to feel so comfortable and so cared for by Rod and his Staff!

The girl in the office was very knowledgeable and patient with me, answering all my questions. This was my first time for anything like this, so I was nervous, but she put me at ease. Allstate handled my claim very fast, and in a very short time I have my van back in like new condition.
