I don't recommend this insurance company. Very poor customer service and very high turn over leading to poor follow-up. They handled my car/boat insurance for years without any issues so I decided to add home insurance as well. That's when I learned how horrible their customer service is - I voiced my concerns internally and then escalated to Allstate's VP of Customer Experience and was assured my account would only be handled by experienced reps. Today I found out that my home owners insurance is being cancelled and contacted my rep to find out status and learned that she is no longer with the company - that makes 5 over the last 15 months. While I recognize the home insurance industry is not an easy one, I would expect a certain level of customer service, experience and follow up that doesn't seem to exist at this company.
When ever i need allstate there always there when ever we need them! They are the best team ever they work hard to make sure every thing is up to par for us! We couldn't ask for a better insurance team. We recommand Allstate to our family and friends all the best to the Allstate team we realy appreciate!! Charles and Camille Warner

if i could do half a star , customer service here is So Florida is a joke ,dealing with allstate and this agency is a fool at best , listen to their phone message and they brag about customer care and concern, all of which is just talk. the agency and the allstate office have no communication, i am having to take my free day and go to this office and sit with an associate , not even the owner and review all the issues we are having with them. i'll finish this review after i see how they handle this FUBAR face to face .right now i say run screaming from this company
Worst insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with. As another reviewer posted quite accurately, now I know the difference between bad customer service and no customer service. Also I agree with yet another review, too much PR and not enough attention to customers. I’m moving my policies elsewhere!
The people are very friendly. They answer my question. They are a pleasure to deal with. I do have a concern re drivewise. I was told I would save about $100. So I received the device plug it in before the end date so I would receive my discount. I called and left messages for the person I spoke with in the beginning but I never received a call back, after 2-3 call and now my money is due and I have not seen or heard any thing. It is OK, however I am focusing more on dealing services that know me. I am a long time customer however whenever I call Ron Bradley Allstate, Ron never answers, it is always someone different (sort of like a call center in another country), who doesn't know me. So it is never a pleasurable thing dealing with Ron Bradly Allstate so I tend to avoid it. So basically I cannot say anything bad however I cannot say anything good either, basically if I am going to stay with Ron Bradly Allstate I will expect one agent, preferably Ron to handle my insurance needs, same as my CPA, ***************** or even the service manager at the car dealership
Over many years I have checked with many insurance companies as it relates to my needs as a homeowner and with multiple automobiles. Their prices are very competitive and the agents who work in the office are very informative of all the products they offer. I am very pleased with the service and their products.
I have all my insurance with your office. I am not only very pleased with the coverage and the premiums I am even more impressed with your agents. In particular I always deal with Bridggette Kohn. She has never sounded annoyed or not interested in what I call her about and believe me I have call her many, many times. She is very patient and respectful and never sounds like I am bothering her. She is a fantastic representative of your company and products. I thank you for that.
Overall I was pleased except when I went to cancel my auto policy due to finding it less expensive through the Farm Bureau, I was able to save over $700 every 6 months which is a substantial amount. Only after I wanted to cancel was I was told we qualify for a new program and they can save me some money. I felt being a customer for almost 30 years some one would have called and said we can save you some money if we go with a different policy. The one girl I talked to actually text me information instead of calling me. I thought that was very unprofessional. We still have our business Auto policy with Allstate and plan on staying with them.
I gave slightly better than neutral simply because I have not had to do any claims. Cost for insurance is good. Reminder yearly notifications are good. Billing is straight forward. So all that I would give a 9 rating. Claims handling is an unknown. Hopefully I will never need to find out. Thank you
Bradley had all my insurance years back. Home, cars, boats, rentals... Slowly I started moving my business away due to lack of attention and updates. Now I know the difference between service and no service. Just moved my last policy over after request for assistance for 6 mths from Ron Jr. Current agent doubled my coverage, reduced premium (raised deductible, a little honesty here). Sorry Ron too much attention to PR & marketing and not enough on keeping existing clients covered...
Your local agency is everything I could want and more-very friendly and helpful. However, the national Drivewise line has people who are rude and condescendingin in both of the calls I made there. I hope they are part of an answering service and not Allstate employees as they give your company a bad name
