Was disappointed when I found out the money listed for safe driving would not go toward my bill for renewal It .would only be used if I had an accident that was never explained to me.When I saw the amount liste oud for safe driving I was very pleased, now I found out I still have to pay a full amout for renewal. Will be checking with other companies for price comparisons in the future.
Insurance is insurance, they’re in the business to make money. For the few times I’ve needed to contact you, your agency has always been nice and friendly. The only thing I’ve noticed on occasion when I have a question, I get a different answer each time. It usually gets clarified, but I’m not sure all in the office have the same training. It’s not bad enough for me to change insurance. I’m happy with the coverage, price and customer service. Thanks!
Overall I feel like the price I’m paying is fair for being under 25 on a sport bike, however I do have a concern. My monthly payments were randomly raised $7 without me even being notified. While $7 is not a big deal. It does make me worry about what else could raise without telling me.
I want my statements sent on paper not email. I received a letter stateing that I need to enroll in ePolicy to keep my eSmart discount. I like a lot of older adults don't enjoy email. I get so much unwanted email that I am more likely to delete it all than to go through every piece of it. What is the discount? How much am I going to save? Please let me know.
Rates constantly increasing, double digits. I know that isn’t the agents fault. I have had insurance for 5 years here but never actually spoken to Ron Watson. The girls in the office have always been helpful. Not sure that having an agent is justifying the additional expense compared to buying direct.
Mixed experiences. We’re very helpful when someone ran into us and when we recently added another policy, but not helpful when it came time to applying a small discount after we we had a security system installed. I provided the requested doc only to be later told it was insufficient and there was no attempt to further assist, so I gave up.
Initially, we signed up with All State and our premium increased at first renewal. Then we were informed about a defensive driving course, we needed to take, which I enjoyed as I had taken one years ago, which was much more in depth, but we paid a fee for this course, which we do not know if it reduced our premium as it seemed to go up. Lately, I paid for an additional and normal roadside assistance policy which I paid the premium for in the office. we were leaving on an extended vacation. upon returning we had numerous billings for additional premium for this addition. therefore ,I was unsure whether we were covered for this assistance or not while travelling. I still have not received, confirmation. I actually, am not completely happy with coverage.
