I've been dealing with an accident since Dec. 19, 2016 and I still can't get Allstate to complete/finish the claim. The person that hit me and her insurance company (Geico) have done nothing and there's little to no support from Allstate. My claim's rep was replaced by a person that knew ZERO of the past history so I had to start with her all over again. Since then (over a month ago) I've received zero updates or a response. Hard to imagine why I would recommend Allstate at this point.

I've really only dealt with Denise who has been terrific. Still sore about some rate issues, i.e., have to pay higher rates even though my credit history is spotless because I have or have had too many credit cards. So I think the whole industry stinks but I do like Denise a lot.

Everything went well. Call was answered immediately and questions answered.

We have worked with Ron for several years now. He has always been happy to answer any questions and review our policies. It's nice to actually have a person you can call who knows you rather than different customer service reps who don't know the products.

Service was great and information given was acknowledged.

A wonderful person who really seems to care about his customers. he schedules at least a yearly office review with us to go over all our insurance plans. Ron recommends/suggests ways to save on our premiums as well as options for investment plans through Allstate.
