We were very pleased with how well prepared Roslynne was for our appointment with the information we hoped to find out about. She had found ways to help us save a significant amount of money on our life and auto insurance. She explained the policies in detail so that we could understand them.
Because this company or agent made a horroble mistake or clerical error in my driving history, I am forever STUCK pays TWICE as much as I should and I am *****. I've had insurance ever since I could drive and paid on time every month and my reward is "have to deal with it" or "find another insurance company". Why should I be faulty because there was a mistake made. I didn't make it. I will never recommend this company to anybody and then when I thought about moving to another company I still wouldn't get my refund for another several weeks I was told. It didn't take several weeks to take my money. So why should it take several weeks to return it after a mistake was made, not on my part. Robin seems like a nice woman but the way my situation was handled I didn't appreciate it.
I have been with Allstate for years and always with the same agent. Roslynne and her staff are there to help and answer any questions or problems I have had. I highly recommend this office for your Allstate insurance policy's. I almost forgot to mention one other major selling point for this office. You get the same staff on the phone if you call the office back for any reason . I couldn't imagine having to explain to problem or even a question over and over.
The claims department will do everything in their power to screw you out of money. And every time we call to adjust our insurance tje i structions are ignored or ineffectively executed. It is the worst service I get from any service provider. I am shopping for other insurance companies.
