I was very disappointed with my service. I booked a limo for a Saturday for a bachelorette party I was planning. The booking process was easy and Ali answered all my questions in a timely manner. We booked the limo from 9pm to 1am. At 907pm I get a call from the limo driver asking if we can meet her at the bottom of the hill (0.3 mile walk) due to fear the limo wouldn't make it up the hill. I told the driver that wasn't possible as everyone was in heels and dresses. Limo arrives at 915pm and we take off to the Pacific Beach area to go bar hopping. No one from the group was from San Diego. So I told the driver the area and just to drop us off at a lively bar. As we get into the Pacific Beach area the driver shuts off our music and complains that she didn't know what we wanted. Stating that she just passed a lively bar and a limo parking spot. It was very uncomfortable because she had an annoyed tone in her voice and it seemed like she had better things to do than drive us around. As the awkward silence set in, I asked the driver if we could just turn around and go to the bar she saw. As she tries to maneuver us back there, we end up at a dead end/constriction zone. The music is still off and she is complaining that it would be hard to get us there. I was beyond frustrated at this point and said that we would walk from here. We walked 5 blocks to the bar. At this point, everyone in the group was very disappointed and it had only been 30 mins into our limo service. It was a damper on everyone's evening. I called Ali and explained the situation. I mentioned the driver was coming off rude, complaining and not being customer service orientated. He apologized and told me he would call the driver. End of story, the driver called me and apologized and the rest of the night went smoothly. However, I had plans to drive around San Diego and check out different areas of the city. After our experience, we only drove to 2 bars because I did not want to prolong my time in the limo more than I had too. Nothing was offered to me or the group. I was hoping to have good customer service and get a partial refund or a free hour because of the terrible experience we had.

I needed a Limo for our son's Senior prom. We wanted to ensure he and his friends had a safe night. I called at least 20 different limo services and Royalty had by far the best prices. One of our concerns was if the Limo company would make multiple stops. We wanted each kid to have the experience of being picked up at their home by a limo as well as having the ability to go to dinner and be dropped off at their homes at the end of the night. Royalty Limo was so accommodating, I could not believe it. Some of the other companies I called wanted to charge extra or completely changed their attitude when I explained what we were looking for.
