Wil is EXACTLY the kind of professional you want to hire for something as essential as signage for your business. He corresponds quickly and makes the process SO easy. He talked to me about all of the options and ways I could cut down costs if I needed to. I can be a pretty hard customer to please, especially with things that are going to be permanent, but he always kept his cool and sent me mock up images of how things would look like. On top of the GREAT customer service you get with Wil, he gives stellar deals. His prices are really really REALLY tough to beat. While talking to him I learned that he used to have a shop a few years ago but closed it as the economy went down so he works out of his house. Although that may be a con for some, I think its a really good thing for his customers because it keeps his overhead low and in turn his prices. If you ever need signage in the San Diego area, or need vinyl lettering sent anywhere in the US (he mails some things out), the deal and service Wil offers is tough to beat.
