Starting in the Insurance Industry back in 1999, I spent several years sitting in living rooms and at kitchen tables learning about what types of things keep my customers awake at night. At our offices, we combine those lessons with personal experience to ensure our customers are getting the right coverage for their personal circumstances and risks. I joined Allstate as an Exclusive Financial Specialist in 2010 and opened my first Property and Casualty office in June 2014. Our most recent expansion office opened in June 2018.
Like a lot of people, I have had prior claims on my cars, but in 2015, I experienced my first total loss to one of our vehicles. Then, in 2016, an electrical fire resulted in a total loss claim on my own home. The memory of standing on my front lawn while flames and smoke billowed out of our windows and fireman scurried around like busy ants will be etched in my mind forever. Having walked through one of the more difficult losses most of clients might ever experience, we have been able to coach our staff to look for specific gaps and concerns that might be important to look over.
