They are very professional. They helped us with our accident and answered all of our questions. They were very nice and got us a rental the same day and our car fixed in a timely matter. We would recommend them. We appreciate all the hard work Ryan and Theresa did for us.

Have had a not so good experience with your Secretary. I feel like I have to talk to sometimes 3 people just to get a correct answer to a question then I don't get the appropriate answer. Not sure how I feel about recommendations.

Only one word GREAT

I felt at ease speaking with the representative who answered all my questions and was not talking "down" to me. Plus, the Rep was very knowledgeable.

We have only paid our premiums so we really do nog have any experience with them thankfully

My experience with Allstate is very good. Workers are very friendly and take their time to explain things that I might not understand, or any questions I have about my policy. I am extremely satisfied, and it's more affordable than other insurance companies that I have tried.

I found All State to be a good agency to be with, very polite with everything I needed to know, and everyone working with All State that I had to deal with were very helpful and cheaper then the insurance I had before.

My experience has been good except if dealing with Theresa. Not getting a call back still bugs me. But when dealing with Ryan it's been very helpful.

Not a good experience at all. My agent Ryan Cole has not returned my call from 3 days ago. June Post started my insurance and did not apply everything I requested, its just a bad experience. I should have stayed where I was.

I've experienced nothing but positive interactions with my Allstate representative and his staff,everyone on staff conduct themselves in a very professional manner and extremely helpful when call upon; Thanks Allstate.

Now that everything is fixed with my payment dates I cant complain, but I was certainly unhappy for the first few months with this coverage.

I called and spoke to someone in the office about every year the insurance being higher. It was a frustrating call. I was told in the end that that is the way it was. They gave me all kind of basic junk answers. I asked that Ryan call me and never received a call. I am currently doing some research on other companies because I can't afford for the rate hikes this much

only reason I am with you is because you link house and car. with a over 50 year driving record perfect I should have a better rate. I only go grocery and home. fill tank once a month and have to pay almost 70.00 a month for ins for that perfect record

It takes too long to receive responses and information requested.

I have no issues with anything. Always plenty of notice that payment is coming out. Always letting me know of ways to save money on my insurance.

Luckily, I have never had any claims! I'm not sure how well Allstate is with that. I haven't had any problems with my coverage, payments, etc.

When I purchased my policy I was given a quote and paid for a year. 3 weeks later they call me back wanting more information. And called numerous times to try and get it. That is a poor business practice that should be remedied in the future.

I loved my experience dealing with Ryan Cole and his secretary Therese. They are very knowledgable, helpful and patient. The only thing I'm disappointed about are my premium rates. Very high.
