We cultivate our plants under the bright Colorado sun at 7,663 feet, in a light-deprivation greenhouse, enabling us to harness the power of sunlight even in the gray winter months.
Living soil, essential amendments and nutrients help our flower thrive. We are constantly soil-testing and hand-mixing our soil accordingly, using microbes and no salts, and natural fertilizers (using locally sourced products as much as possible.) Our soil is recycled to avoid excess trucking and we use water-conscious methods, also choosing to forgo the use of CO2 to reduce our carbon footprint.
Energy-efficient LED's are used to supplement the natural light, greatly reducing our kilowatt-hour consumption.
