I received a renewal offer in the mail for my car insurance. It went up $70 plus. No accidents, no car additions nor subtractions. There was no reason for such a significant increase. I called the office and they worked on getting my renewal offer down to what I previously paid. I feel they value their clients and will do what they can to provide great service and customer satisfaction.
Sarbani is very cool but her workers are the worst people ever. Don't choose them find other agents in the area. After a discussion with one her workers I had to call their customer service to complain how ***** that people are. All they told me was lies and a way how to **** their own customer customer service states. Be aware never choose them please.
I was fine with the ins. itself but Ricardo dropped the ball on me trying to ins my 16 year old twins. The 1st time he blamed the pc saying it never put my twins in. So they drove around for a week with us assuming they were insured. After the 2nd time putting them in he said they had to wait a week to drive before ins. kicks in. WHAT!!! Changed Co.

We were quoted 317.99 and when we had the electronic withdrawal from our checking account it was 339.77. We received a email saying, your premium for the current policy has been decreased by a total of 15.92. We would like to know what is the correct amount we are paying for our car insurance. We switched to Allstate because our premiums were high with our old company. We were extremely happy with the customer service & premiums we got at Allstate until our homeowners policy increased to higher than our old company for no discernable reason. We haven't filed any claims. So we were unsure as to why the change occured. We didn't get a real clear cut answer either.
