I was a new costumer on 7/6 (rolled off another policy which we had for years). I signed all papers online and on 8/24 I received a letter in the mail (letter dated 8/16) that a paper was not signed and if not received before 8/25 (which was a Sunday) my insurance would got up 144.00. I called 1-800-allstate and they said email the form and follow up with agent Monday. I emailed form. I spoke to Lori and she said mail form and she would follow up on it. I never heard again until I got another letter that due to my nonresponse I would be billed 144.00 I called Scott Langolis insurance and got nowhere. I called the 800 number and they said they finally received the letter from my agent on 9/7. They prorated back to date they received from Lori but still had 44.00 outstanding. I called Allstate and my agent . Allstate stated it was not able to be adjusted I called my agent and Scott stated he would look into it. Never heard from them until I had an alert that my payment would come out. I called Scott again and he said he would have them hold the fee until it can be resolved. Yesterday I looked at my overdrawn bank acct and called Scott, Kim answered the phone and said she would have Scott call me back and I never received a call. This transaction and lack of agent follow through has cost me an overdraft fee on my acct, 3 bounced checks and now not enough money to pay upcoming bills and they have no care whatsoever. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I think it’s terrible that an actually adjuster does not come out to view the vehical. The gentleman that came to take pictures did not note any of the things I told him. For an example , I told him the passenger side tail light lense broke off and I had glued it back together in the mean time to make it home safely. Among a few other thing I pointed out to him. None of which were on the estimate. I feel it was a complet waste of time to take time to meet the gentleman who took the pictures.
Dear Sirs: As I have stated in the past that I've been with Allstate my whole life and to be honest with you I don't really see anything special that you do. I've always paid my premiums on time and haven't had any accidents and traffic citations, but my bill keeps going up instead of down. I don't understand how you can be with any company and alls you do is raise my rates and keep collecting my money. You haven't had to spend a dime on me and forget those bonuses you give. A measly 23.00 for what I pay you. Excuse me
I am stupified that you can estimate any type of damage from a photo. I do not care for photo estimates at all. The girl that left me a message did not pronounce the parts properly. I felt no one was knowledgable enough to care about my problem. Thinking about leaving Allstate after all these years.
No matter who has what BS line to give, my father died after being in the hospital where he was taken directly from an auto accident and my poor widowed morher was ripped off thd ***** benefit, something she needed and still needs desperately. That just sickens me and it is the only feedback I will wver gave for Allstate Ins.
I don't need to contact my agent very often, but when I do it is usually at night and Scott and/or one of his team is in contact with me first thing in the morning. They always have the answers to my questions and are very helpful. Dealing with insurance is never fun, but at least Scott and his team make it a little easier because they are very nice and know their stuff.
I fell that Mr. Langlios doesn't take the time to attend to my needs. During my claim that I filed on April 29th, every time I would call, I got the impression like I was bothering him and his staff. They were not helpful with my questions and recently I received a notice from Chrysler Capital that my policy is not sufficient for my new vehicle. I faxed over the letter to the office and received a call from Ken. He was very helpful and said he would increase my coverage. Scott my called left a message at my home on Aug 9th. I have since called the office and left several messages and sent an email and still no response. I am hoping nothing happens with Chrysler and I am sure I will notice the change on my next bill but it would be helpful if my called were returned in a timely manner.
When I signed up to have my policy delivered online, I couldn't get that to work for me. I called your office and you told me to just come in and you would print it out for me. That was such a relief since I got so frustrated with trying to do it myself. "Old" people appreciate stuff like that in today's tech world!
