Michelle is an angel. I have never worked with anyone so patient, kind, and helpful. Her job is to schedule towing, but she did SO MUCH MORE. Two days before our big cross country move, our car was wrecked. We were scrambling to find someone to do the work quickly and affordably. We finally found someone in the St. Paul area and just needed a tow. We found Smitty's on Craigslist and what a blessing. Michelle gave us an excellent rate (and accommodated our special payment needs) and we were on our way. Well, we thought we were and then all of our plans fell through. In one day we had two different mechanics flake on us (the second one just minutes before our appointment)! All the while, we stayed in close contact with Michelle, and she worked with us with all of our scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling. After nearly giving up, she referred us to her mechanic. I have never experienced anyone more professional and kind. At any point she could have stopped working with us, but she didn't. I personally spoke to her 15 times (I counted) and she spoke with my spouse at least half a dozen times. Without her help, I would probably still be crying and feeling absolutely loss, powerless, and trapped. We are back in business! If I am ever in MN again and I need a tow, I am calling Smitty's.
