As always excellent because of the staff, when you have a company that works with their customers and don’t try to nickel and dime to *****, that what keep customers to stay and tell others and to look into Allstate for other options to purchase. Steve Saul is a excellent agent and his staff also.
Hello Steven - Mostly I am pleased with my Allstate auto insurance. However, I have one question. I retired in 2016 and have been driving significantly less than when I was employed. Why is my insurance premium increasing? I would think it should be decreasing, or at least holding steady. Sincerely, Willard Sundquist
I was pleased with the experience that I had with Allstate. But I also would like to add that I don't like the fact that there are many deals being advertised on the television about all kinds of discounts and perks. After being a customer for so long I don't see why someone from the company wouldn't call and evaluate the policies and let the long standing customers know about these deals. Why wouldn't you want your customers to get all that you have to offer for them. Instead you choose to go up on their policies every year when your services have not been used. Or even if it has. A lot of the specials would cover some of the thing that have been advertised. But now your unable to reap the benefits from the promotions that should have been offered. Especially to you long standing customers. This is just food for thought. I'm sure I won't hear anything else pertaining to this.
Amazing!! Steven is an excellent agent and is down to earth, honest, and always super willing to help me with all my questions. If he isn't in when I call, he always get's back to me very promptly. He also follows up on my emails with very little lag time. One thing I liked about Steven was how positive he was without sounding fake or like he was trying to sell me on something. The rest of the people in the agency are friendly and helpful. I always however, ask for Steven. I have two cars insured, renters policy, all the possible discounts and on my way towards a potential life insurance policy. These guys are great!!

I am still disappointed that Allstate was going to cancel my homeowner's insurance without prior notice (last November). Also, I have received several emails requesting I reconsider Allstate for my auto insurance. I canceled the policy after an enormous increase. My last contact was my agent asking if he could provide me with an updated estimate (approximately 6 weeks ago) and I have yet to hear back. I doubt the quote would be competitive but I do believe in follow through.
Did I have an experience? Allstate is not a very responsive company, although you do manage to destroy a complete tree every year with the paper you send me. No one reads the reams of crap you send out, pointless. I don't want to hear from Allstate unless I have a claim, by the way that's the service you are supposed to provide to a customer just in case you forgot. Your prices are high, I have never actually talked to my agent, you don't give me the insurance I want, I can't make a claim on a car I have full insurance on because my rate will go up and the damage is about the deductible, so you can imagine I ask myself why, often. If insurance is only because of state mandates then give me the least amount of insurance and the lowest cost possible since I can't use it anyway. I have three cars, 1; cost $6000, 2; cost $20k, 3; cost 10k, guess which one costs the most in insurance, hint: it is also the one I drive the least amount of miles... if you guessed #1 give your self a stamp on the hand, does that make sense? Answer; no.
I have found over the years that it is unwise to give or take advice about financial and planning matters. That said, I give my highest marks to Allstate and, in particular, to having an agent one can trust to work in one's best interest in casual conversation with friends and acquaintances. My recent experience with the umbrella policy was excellent.
Overall, I haven't felt like your office has been terribly helpful. I once had a question about adding another policy and received no reply to my inquiry. My last auto renewal policy has increased and I am unable to find the reason why. When my policy was up for renewal I did not receive the form in order to update my mileage information.
