I'll lead with the positive, they responded very quickly, showed up and did the work well. Then it all went downhill. My wife tried to pay them with a card and the workers let us know their boss was old fashioned and didn't take cards. The following day I got a call from a woman saying "I'm looking for my money". She was rude and acted like no one in their right mind accepted card as a payment form. I explained we would need to have our bank cut them a check, and kept getting rude calls from her despite this being within days of the services performed. Then she had the audacity to show up at my house after payment had been sent, calling me a liar and a deadbeat. When I sent her proof of the payment her response was not to apologize, but to accuse me yet again, this time of paying less than owed. When I sent her the copy of the invoice she finally shut up. They could have performed the best services in the world at the best price and I'd still refuse to ever talk to them again. You don't treat your customers like dirt and continue to insult them if you want to stay in business. I urge you to learn from my mistake, deal with someone who cares about their customers instead.

They sure are super, SUPER RUDE!! If you want to get someone to belittle you for the work you need done, and then promptly hang up on you, go ahead and give them a call! I'm amazed they're able to do business.

I have used Super Handyman for years, they always came when they said they would, have done a great job and cleaned up afterwords. They have also kept the price the same for the last 3+ years, which is helpful in this economy. John

Do no use!! careless incomplete job. Worker admitted they ran short on some of the material but indicated they had plenty to complete job. NOT. Called owner to speak to the owner, Joe about it, he said if I wasnt happy with the work I probably wouldnt use them again anyway and humg up on me. Not a good company.
